Returns & Refunds policy

At Eco Diamondé, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by any certificates or documentation provided.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Custom or bespoke pieces, engraved items, and designs made to your specifications are non-returnable unless defective.

• For hygiene reasons, certain jewelry types (such as earrings) cannot be returned once unsealed or worn.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ecodiamonde.com with your order details. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, and no fees will be applied.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. Eco Diamondé is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Gifts:

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

• If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
